I seem to be stuck in a rut, one of the weeks I had less than 10 syns a day and did not eat breakfast or have all my Hea any day, so the next week I had breakfast most days and most of my Hea’s then last week I ate breakfast and had my Hea’s some days, yet still the same loss.
